Steelco Gujarat approves allotment of 3486200 CNCRPS

The Board of Directors of Steelco Gujarat Ltd at its meeting held on February 21, 2014 approved the allotment of 7% 34,86,200 Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Promoter on private placement basis in implementation of CDR approved Scheme.

Shares of STEELCO GUJARAT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.39 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.27. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4065 in over 40 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3.39 and intraday low of 3.13. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13157.
