Aseem Global decides to withdraw preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Aseem Global Ltd in its Board Meeting duly held on October 09, 2013, has decided to withdraw the proposed preferential issue of 64,51,613 Warrants to promoters and non-promoters in accordance with the provision specified under Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 due to some internal reasons beyond the control of the Company.

Shares of ASEEM GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.54 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.54. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14351 in over 22 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.21 and intraday low of 12.87. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 191686.
