Info-Drive Software Ltd to raise upto Rs. 100 crore

The Board of Directors of Info-Drive Software Ltd at its meeting held on February 28, 2014, has approved proposal to raise an additional Capital not exceeding Rs. 100 Crores by way of QIP/ Warrants/FCCB/ FCEB/Private Placements/ ADR/GDR.

The Board approved proposal to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 70 crores to Rs. 100 Crores.

The Board also approved proposal to convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on April 02, 2014 and the notice of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting.

Shares of INFO-DRIVE SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.8.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35720 in over 246 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.75 and intraday low of 8.08. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 294764.
