Oriental Bank of Commerce to raise Tier II Capital of Rs. 1000 crores

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Bank intends to raise Tier II Capital to the extent of Rs. 1000 crore (Rupees one thousand crore only) through issue of Basel III compliant Tier II Bonds on private placement basis.

Shares of ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE was last trading in BSE at Rs.167.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 161.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 131050 in over 2502 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 168 and intraday low of 161.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21653437.
