Quantum Digital Vision India allots 1460000 Preference Shares

The Board of Directors of Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd at its meeting held on February 25, 2014, and pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 10, 2014, has allotted 14,60,000 0.5% Redeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The said Preference Shares are not listed on any stock exchange.
