IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd to fix rights issue price on March 4, 2014

A meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd will be held on March 04, 2014, to consider and fix the Issue price per rights equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each.

The committee will also consider the number of rights equity shares which an eligible equity shareholder as on the record date will be entitled to and fix the record date for determining the eligible equity shareholders who would be entitled to the rights equity shares.

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.107 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6338 in over 250 trades.
