The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on February 26, 2014, has allotted on preferential basis 6,00,000 fully convertible warrants at a price of Rs. 31.20/- (comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 21.20/- per fully convertible warrant) to the Promoters and Others.
