The Board of Directors of Navkar Builders Ltd at its meeting held on February 25, 2014, have considered and approved the Issue of 43,63,300 equity shares to Non Promoters on a preferential basis, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended subject to the approval of Members of the Company and other applicable compliances, if any.
