Vakrangee Ltd allots Fully Convertible warrants to Promoter Group Company

Pursuant to Members' resolution passed on February 19, 2014 and In-principal approval received from the concerned Stock Exchanges for the preferential allotment, the Preferential Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company upon receipt of due consideration amount has, on February 25, 2014 allotted 2,50,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants to M/s. Vakrangee Capital Private Limited, a Promoter Group Company.

Shares of Vakrangee Limited-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.92 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 90630 in over 903 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93 and intraday low of 90.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8342149.
