Tata Power Company to consider raising funds on Feb 27, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Power Company Ltd has been convened on February 27, 2014 to consider various fund raising options including but not limited to equity issuances by way of a rights issue, preferential issue, qualified institutions placement or any combination thereof.
