Kilburn Chemicals Ltd to consider raising funds on Feb 22, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Kilburn Chemicals Ltd will be held on February 22, 2014, to consider the proposal to raise resources by way of fresh issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Debentures/ Equity Share Warrants etc. or any combination thereof to Promoters, Domestic Investors, Institutional Buyers, FIIs, NRIs & Corporate Bodies etc. on Preferential Allotment basis in accordance with Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 (including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for time being in force) and Chapter VII of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and subsequent amendments thereto.

The Board will approve the Draft Notice to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company for the aforesaid matters.
