Expo Gas Containers allots 67,50,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Expo Gas Containers Ltd at its meeting held on February 07, 2014 have allotted warrants on preferential basis.

The Board as per the members approval at the Extra Ordinary Meeting held on January 07, 2014 and the in-principal approval obtained from the Stock Exchange, allotted 67,50,000 convertible warrants of Rs. 4/- each on a preferential basis to the persons belonging to the promoter group.
