Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd to seek EGM nod for preferential issue of 30 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd at its meeting held on February 19, 2014, has considered and approved the preferential issue of 30,00,000 Equity Warrants having option to convert each warrant into one equity share of Rs. 10 each to Promoters Group at a price equal to or higher as computed in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2009.

An Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Company will be held on March 26, 2014 to approve the aforesaid preferential issue.
