Camex to seek EGM nod for preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Camex Ltd at its meeting held on February 19, 2014 have approved the proposal for preferential issue equity shares to Promoters, relative of promoters and public.

In this regard, the Company has decided to hold a Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company on March 20, 2014.
