Lactose India allots 397000 shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Lactose India Ltd at its meeting held on January 21, 2014 has allotted 3,97,000 Equity Shares on Conversion of 3,97,000 Convertible Warrants to promoters on a preferential basis in accordance with provisions specified under Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of LACTOSE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 690 in over 36 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14 and intraday low of 12.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9067.
