Shilpi Cable Technologies approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on February 15, 2014, has considered and approved the proposal for further issue of equity shares or any other securities on preferential basis.

The Board also approved the postal ballot notice for passing Special Resolution u/s 81(1A) of Companies Act 1956.

Shares of 533389 was last trading in BSE at Rs.23.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26093 in over 376 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 23.95 and intraday low of 22.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 607254.
