Intec Capital Ltd approves allotment of shares

The Board of Directors of Intec Capital Ltd at its meeting held on February 07, 2014, had considered and approved the allotment of 16,18,154 Equity shares to India Business Excellence Fund-II at Rs. 109.44 on preferential allotment basis and allotment of 2741220 Equity shares at Rs. 109.44 to India Business Excellence Fund-IIA pursuant to conversion 274122, 0.001% CCPS issued on March 26, 2013.

The Board also approved allotment of 113304 Equity shares each investors viz Pantec Devices Private Limited, Pantec Consultants Private Limited and Intec Worldwide Private Limited at Rs. 109.44 pursuant to conversion of 372000, 5% CPS allotted to on November 27, 2012.

Shares of Intec Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.90 down by Rs.1 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.90.05 and intraday low of Rs.90.

The total traded quantity was 85 shares as compared to 2 week average of 683 shares.
