KJMC Financial Services Ltd to redeem 85,000, 12% Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares

KJMC Financial Services Ltd shall redeem the existing 85,000, 12% Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each out of the proceeds of issue and allotment of 85000, 0% Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares ("CCPS") of Rs. 100/- each at a premium of Rs. 100/- per share subject to the approval of members of the Company by way of postal ballot and result of which shall be announced on February 20, 2014. The redemption amount shall be payable on March 01, 2014, if the said resolution got the assent of members of the Company.
