Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd approves allotment of 1692725 shares

The Board of Directors of Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on February 03, 2014, has approved the allotment of 16,92,725 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 45/- per share to the promoters and promoter group Company on preferential basis as approved by the Shareholders in its Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2013 in terms of CDR package of the Company.
