S.Kumars Nationwide allots 53,00,000 warrants

S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007 has confirmed the receipt of 10% allotment money i.e. Rs 4,37,25,000/- from the under mentioned entities belonging to the promoter groups and allotted them 53,00,000 Equity Share Warrants - "Series B" of Rs 82.50 on a preferential basis carrying an entitlement to subscribe to 1 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 82.50 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 72.50 per equity share).
