Shakti Pumps India allots 15 lakhs warrants

The Board of Directors of Shakti Pumps India Ltd at its meeting held on January 24, 2014, has allotted 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakhs) warrants on a preferential basis to Mr. Ankit Patidar, Promoter and Promoter Group-Directors Relatives, Warrants shall be convertible into equal no. of equity shares of the Company of nominal value Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.80/-.
