Yantra Natural to consider conversion of warrants on Jan 27, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Yantra Natural Resources Ltd will be held on January 27, 2014, to allot equity shares in lieu of Convertible warrants issued on preferential basis to those allottee who have exercise their rights of conversion.

The Company has issued convertible equity warrants on preferential basis of face value of Rs. 1/- each at a premium of Rs. 2/- per warrants.

Shares of Yantra Natural Resources Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.0.08. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.0.08 and intraday low of Rs.0.07.
