Maruti Infrastructure to consider issue of warrants on Feb 03, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Maruti Infrastructure Ltd will be held on February 03, 2014, to consider issue of 24,71,500 Convertible Warrant to the promoters & Non-Promoters on Preferential Basis subject to the approval of Members of the Company and other applicable compliances, if any and as per Chapter VII of the Securities And Exchange Board of India {Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009.
