BOB to issue Senior Notes US$ 750 Mn

Bank of Baroda, acting through its London Branch has issued Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured 144A/Reg S Notes for an issue size of USD 750 Mn for a tenor of 5.5 years.

The Notes are issued to meet the present / future long term funds requirement at the overseas centers of the Bank.

Shares of Bank of Baroda was last trading in BSE at Rs.639.85, down by Rs.3.15 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.649.35 and intraday low of Rs.636.25.

The total traded quantity was 1.20 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 1.84 lakh shares.
