Kriti Industries to issues shares on preferential basis or private placement

Kriti Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on September 09, 2006 for allotment of Equity Shares to promoters on preferential basis by private placement as per SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 to meet fund requirements for the expansion of the existing engineering plastics operations of the Company and also for growing Working Capital needs.
