NTPC closes public issue of bonds

NTPC Ltd has exercised the option of early closure of its public issue of tax-free secured redeemable non-convertible bonds which was opened on December 03, 2013 and was scheduled to close on December 16, 2013. The issue will now close on December 05, 2013.

Shares of NTPC Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.149, up by Rs.4.95 or 3.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.149.70 and intraday low of Rs.143.50.

The total traded quantity was 3.50 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 2.45 lakh shares.
