Spicejet allots 15 million equity shares to Kalanithi Maran

On November 30, 2013 Spicejet Ltd has allotted 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million) equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to Mr. Kalanithi Maran, Promoter of the Company, pursuant to exercise of conversion right attached to 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million) Warrants issued on preferential basis, at an issue price of Rs. 36.18 per equity share, in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of Spicejet Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.17.20, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.50 and intraday low of Rs.17.10.

The total traded quantity was 15.68 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 31.39 lakh shares.
