Indiabulls Infrastructure allots 23,53,93,000 warrants

Pursuant to and in terms of shareholders' authorization as obtained in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 20, 2013, the Board of Directors of Indiabulls Infrastructure and Power Ltd, has issued and allotted an aggregate of 23,53,93,000 (Twenty Three Crores Fifty Three Lacs Ninety Three Thousand) warrants of the Company, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each, to certain Promoter group entities.

Shares of Indiabulls Infrastructure and Power Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.3.81, down by Rs.0.02 or 0.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.99 and intraday low of Rs.3.76.

The total traded quantity was 0.60 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 2.41 lakh shares.
