Indiabulls Securities Ltd allots 5,82,10,000 Warrants

Pursuant to and in terms of shareholders' authorization as obtained in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 20, 2013, the Board of Directors of Indiabulls Securities Ltd, has issued and allotted an aggregate of 5,82,10,000 (Five Crore Eighty Two Lacs Ten Thousand) warrants of the Company, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each, to the Promoters, Promoter group entities and one of the Whole Time Directors of the Company.

Shares of Indiabulls Securities Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.19.85, down by Rs.0.25 or 1.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.35 and intraday low of Rs.19.50.

The total traded quantity was 1.48 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 4.26 lakh shares.
