Donear Industries Board to consider Right Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Donear Industries Ltd will be held on December 03, 2013, to consider and if thought fit, to approve the proposal for further issue of Equity Shares on Rights Basis (the "Rights Issue") to the existing shareholders of the Company.

The Board will also consider any other agenda incidental and ancillary to the Rights Issue with the permission of the Chair.

Shares of Donear Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.11.02, up by Rs.0.52 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.02 and low of Rs.11.
