Union Bank raises Rs. 2,000 Crore under Basel III compliant Tier II Bonds

Union Bank of India has raised additional capital to the extent of Rs. 2,000 crore by issue of Basel III compliant Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Tier II Bonds (Series XVII-A).

Shares of Union Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs.117.20, down by Rs.4.40 or 3.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.121.05 and low of Rs.116.75.

The total traded quantity was 9.78 lakhs as compared to 2 week average of 7.84 lakhs.
