Yantra Natural Resources to convert 25,37,50,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Yantra Natural Resources Ltd at its meeting held on October 28, 2013, has decided to convert 25,37,50,000 warrants into 25,37,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each, as these warrant holders have exercised their right.
