JBF Industries approves extinguishment of 2018800 shares

The meeting of Buyback Committee of Directors of JBF Industries Ltd, held on September 20, 2013, had approved extinguishment of 2018800 equity shares of the Company, resulting into reduction of equity share capital from Rs. 72,79,21,010 to Rs. 70,77,33,010.

Shares of JBF Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.90.25, down by Rs.1.55 over its previous close of Rs.91.8. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.92.5 and low of Rs.90.2.

The total traded quantity was 8048 and the turnover was Rs.7,34,681.
