Himalya International Ltd to issue warrants at Rs. 12.20 to Trydin America LDC

The Board of Directors of Himalya International Ltd at its meeting held on September 04, 2013, has reviewed and approved the ongoing financial requirements. The Board has decided to issue 1,25,00,000 fully convertible warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 2.20/- to M/s. Trydin America LDC, USA subject to the approval of share holders in the AGM.

Shares of Himalya International Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.6.34, down by Rs.0.65 or 9.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.44 and low of Rs.5.91.
