Fortis Healthcare Fixes Issue Price for Institutional Placement Programme at Rs. 92

The Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Ltd has, by a resolution dated May 14, 2013, finalised the issue price of Rs. 92 (Rupees Ninety Two only) per equity share to be issued by the Company pursuant to the institutional placement programme under Chapter VIII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and in accordance with the approvals granted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India pursuant to letters dated January 16, 2013, April 15, 2013 and May 9, 2013.

Shares of Fortis Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.102.20, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103.70 and low of Rs.98.
