Capital First approves Rs. 50 crore debenture issue

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on May 03, 2013, has approved the proposed issue of Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Subordinated Debentures in one or more tranches, for an aggregate amount upto Rs. 50 Crore to be issued on private placement basis.

Shares of Capital First Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.164.35, down by Rs.3.10 or 1.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.169.95 and low of Rs.161.65.

The total traded quantity was 1895 compared to 2 week average of 5120.
