Neha International to raise Rs.3 Crores

Neha International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2006 has not considered the proposal of issue of Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCD´s) / Convertible Debentures / or Non Convertible Debentures or other Convertible / non convertible securities to persons other then promoters to the aggregate value of Rs 300.00 lakhs.
