Sangam India to issue shares/warrants on preferential basis

Sangam India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2007 has considered the issue of upto 50 Lacs equity shares / warrants (each warrant convertible in one equity share) of the Company on a preferential allotment basis, within the frame work of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000 as amended from time to time and have recommended the same for members approval in the ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company.
