GV Films CoD Meeting decides to invest Rs.5 Crores in Sanra Software

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD), at its meeting held on September 04, 2006 has decided to make investment upto Rs 5 Crores in the form of equity shares on preferential basis in M/s Sanra Software Ltd, Chennai after completing all necessary compliances and obtaining permission / approval under listing agreement. SEBI guidelines and other various acts if any applicable.
