PI Industries raises Rs.117.33 crore through QIP route

PI Industries Ltd has raised Rs. 117.33 crores through the QIP route and accordingly QIP Issue Committee in Its meeting held on January 31, 2013, has allotted 19,24,656 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- per share at a price of Rs. 609.60 including a premium of Rs. 604.60 to the successful bidders who participated in the QIP.

Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stands at Rs.135459150 comprising of 27091830 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The PI Industries Ltd stock was trading at Rs.614.80, down by Rs.3.85 or 0.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.620 and low of Rs.605.

The total traded quantity was 432 compared to 2 week average of 2262.
