Syndicate Bank raises Rs.1000 crore through Lower Tier II Bonds

Syndicate Bank has on December 28, 2012 raised Tier II Capital to the extent of Rs. 1000.00 Crore through issue of Unsecured Non-Convertible Sub-ordinated Lower Tier II Bonds. The issue opened and closed on December 28, 2012 and was fully subscribed. The bond was priced at 9.00% p.a. payable annually.

The Syndicate Bank stock was trading at Rs.128.40, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.129.90 and low of Rs.127.60.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.76 lakhs.
