Opto Circuits India to issue 20 lakh warrants at Rs.145

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Opto Circuits (India) Ltd will be held on December 20, 2012, to consider to issue of 20,00,000 convertible warrants to Mr. Vinod Ramnani at Rs. 145/- per warrant or the six month average price as on the relevant date, whichever is higher.
