Sharyans Resources to issue 25 lakh shares at Rs.75

The Board of Directors of Sharyans Resources Ltd at its meeting held on November 08, 2012, has accorded approval for preferential issue of 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lacs) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Non Promoter at a price of Rs. 75/- per share arrived in terms of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009 on subject to necessary approval from shareholders.
