Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services fixes floor price for QIP as Rs.880.70

The Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) Committee of the Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held on November 07, 2012, has fixed the floor price as Rs.880.70 in respect of issue of Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of the Company to Qualified Institutional Buyers under Qualified Institutions Placement.
