USG Tech Solutions to issue 34,63,410 shares to RIS Group

The Board of Directors of USG Tech Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on October 13, 2012, has considered and approved for further issue 34,63,410 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 13.00 each to M/s. RIS Group Ltd., New Zealand (a non-promoter entity), on preferential basis.

The aforesaid decision of the Board of Directors is subject to the approval of the shareholders and other competent authority(ies).

The USG Tech Solutions Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.11, down by Rs.0.51 or 4.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.25 and low of Rs.11.

The total traded quantity was 1000 compared to 2 week average of 3129.
