Madhya Desh Papers to allot warrants

Madhya Desh Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2007, inter alia, has passed resolution whereby Allotment Committee has been delegated with the powers to make allotment of warrants convertible into equity shares subsequent to receipt of necessary statutory and regulatory approvals in this regard.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.60, down by Re.0.90 or 4.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.60 and low of Rs.17.60. The total traded quantity was 100 shares compared to 2 week average of 1056.
