Bheema Cements to consider issue of preference shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bheema Cements Ltd will be held on September 29, 2012, to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.

The Board will consider the Proposal for Issue of Preference Shares to Banks as per CDR Package, and issue of Equity Shares to Banks as per CDR Package, through Postal Ballot procedure.
