The duly authorised Securities Issuance Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Industries Ltd has by a resolution dated July 26, 2012 approved and adopted the Offer Document in respect of the institutional placement of 1,72,33,407 Equity Shares under Chapter Vlll-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended, at an issue price of Rs. 215/- per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 3,705.18 million.

The Godrej Industries Ltd stock was trading at Rs.238, up by Rs.2.25 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.242 and low of Rs.234.60.
