Pacific Cotspin Board to consider allotment of 15,00,000 shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Pacific Cotspin Ltd will be held on April 16, 2007, to allot 15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par on preferential basis to Anita Mehra and Sarda Mehra as under:

1. Anita Mehra, Kolkata : 7,50,000 No. of Shares

2. Sarda Mehra, Kolkata : 7,50,000 No. of Shares.

The shares closed the day up by Re.0.03 or 0.49% at Rs.6.10 on volume of 47100 shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 21733 shares.
