The Board of Directors of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd at its meeting held on May 14, 2012, have considered and approved the conversion of 15,00,000 nos. of share warrants into equivalent nos. of equity shares to promoter groups at a price of Rs. 156/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 146/- per share) in compliance with the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements)( Amendment) Regulations, 2011.
